Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Global I Tech Solutions Inc. (GITSICS) is committed to providing high-quality training and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our training programs and services.
2. Training Program Refunds
Cancellation Before Program Start
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Start
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
After Program Start
Once the program has started, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Job relocation
- Other circumstances beyond your control
Refund requests after program start must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the program start date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Partial Completion
If you have completed less than 25% of the program and wish to withdraw, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of the program, minus applicable fees.
4. Career Services Refunds
Career services (resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, etc.) are provided on a service basis. Refunds for career services are available only if:
- The service has not been initiated
- You cancel within 48 hours of payment
- We are unable to deliver the service as promised
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days using the original payment method. Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Application fees
- Processing fees
- Completed services
- Digital materials that have been accessed
- Certificates already issued
7. Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future program session. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the program start date and are subject to availability.
8. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and contact information
- Program or service name
- Enrollment date and payment confirmation
- Reason for cancellation
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
GITSICS reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
